Location to Lightroom, Arbilot Waterfall

This week’s episode of Location to Lightroom takes us to Arbilot Waterfall, near Arbroath, Angus, Scotland.

It’s the first time I’ve visited this spot, which is a pleasant 1 hour drive from my home in Aberdeen. What were the challenges and which piece of kit did I drop in the river this time? Everyone drops their photography gear in rivers, right??

At the end of the video you can see a quick time-lapse of how I edited my favourite shot from the visit.

On this shoot I used my indestructible Nikon D810, Nikon 24-105mm lens (24-70 is being repaired!), Manfrotto tripod, Hoya polarising filter and, most importantly, my trusty £9 Deichman welly boots to help me get closer to the action.

Let me know what you think in the comments below. Remember to subscribe to my YouTube channel and share this with your photography friends if you enjoy the episode.

With gratitude…

Graham Dargie.
